Charisma
Στο λιμάνι του Καρλοβάσου, ο Θοδωρής έχει φτιάξει με πολύ μεράκι το Charisma. Εκεί θα βρεις πάντα φοβερά κοκτέιλς, καλή επιλογή από κρασιά και μπύρες, καθώς και ωραία συνοδευτικά. Κάθε Κυριακή απίστευτο brunch.
Asimopetra
Εξαιρετικό φαγητό και service, καλή επιλογή κρασιών και καλή μπύρα. Σε απίστευτα καλή θέση δίπλα στην θάλλασα, στα Αυλάκια που η θάλασσα είναι σχεδόν πάντα ήρεμη. Δυστυχώς φέτος ύψωσαν ένα γυάλινο τείχος μπροστά στην θάλασσα, αλλά υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να καθίσεις και έξω από το τείχος. Πριν πας πάρε τηλέφωνο και κλείσε τραπέζι έξω από το τείχος.

Samos Beer
If I had a choice to go only in one place in Samos I would not think twice. It would be Samos Beer. Why? their beers (ONEIPA is now my favourite), the music, the food the service, the beutiful place. The beers are brewed on the spot and Dimitris has excelled in Master Shef with his signature Putty Melt.
Vagelis Bar
Vagelis Bar is one of the oldest bars in Kokkari, a nice guy welcoming costumers always with a smile, BUT the star is his wife Fausta, everything Fausta makes is delicious, I can safely say that the best breakfast I ever had in Samos was and is made by Fausta. Go
Hippy's Restaurant Beach Bar
One of the oldest restaurants in Samos, under new management. Great food right next to the beach. You can move from your chair on the beach to the restaurant and back.
Archontissa
In potami, just over the waterfalls you will find Archontissa, a restaurant right on top of potami gorge. Beutifull setting, great food, nice people.
To Tzivaeri
A relatively new addition to the great restaurants of Karlovasi. Konstantinos and Hrysa will not dissapoint you, great food, good music, one of the best restaurants in Karlovasi to see the sunset.
Akamatra
In Karlovasi the best restaurant is Akamatra, in Paleo Karlovasi, on the way to Agia Triada, in a tiny square (Akamatra). Great food, atmosphere, service. In the summer you have to call before you go. It's usually packed.
Orizontas
This is the restaurant that started the gourmet cuisine in Samos and still keeps the first place. Sitting in the entrance of Platanos has a beautiful view of both the North and South side of Samos and mount Kerkis, one of the best places to enjoy the sunset. Highligh of the restaurant is Aggelos, a great guy with deep knowledge of wine and food. This is a must go when you visit Samos.
To Kentro
A family run restaurant. Stavroula (the mother) cooks, Andreas (the father) produces most of the stuf they cook and coordinates, Dimitra (daughter) and Yannis (son) serve. A beautiful family cooking great food at reasonable prices at the beutiful square of Konteika. If you don't go you will miss great night out.
Nostos Pizza and Beach Bar
Best pizza and pasta in Kampos. A nice beach bar also. Dont miss it.

Romantzo
If Samos specialties made with localy sourced produce interests you, this is one of the few Restaurants left in Samos. A family run restaurant. The father plants the vegetables, mother cooks and the daughters serve. The food is always fresh, made with the best ingredients and cooked to perfection. This is the type of Restaurant the locals eat at.
